Exchanges and Returns Policy


We offer no refunds – all sales are final.

Our returns for exchanges on defective products lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you any exchange.

We inspect and photograph all our products with the names & account information on the products as proof of inspection before we send it to our clients. This photography proof will be sent if claims are made in regards to returns.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or refunded.

Non-returnable or refundable items:

  • Gift cards or gift certificates
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete any of your returns and exchanges, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If your product have been damaged by the delivery service company  you will be eligible for an exchange within 7 days),  so please follow these instructions:

  1. If the carrier company hand delivers the package – please inspect it before accepting it. Ask for the carrier to take it back if signs of damage is present.
  2. When package has been delivered – please inspect it right away. If damage is noticed, take pictures.
  3. Send us an email along with the proof (picture) to returns@lachancephoto.com and your contact information (including your invoice number) for us to be able to reach you.
  4. We will reach out to you and start the exchange process – as we will need to start an insurance claim with the carrier that should cover the product(s) and shipping costs.
  5. Once we approve the return – you should be receiving a return number. it will be the responsibility of the client to bring the product(s) to the carrier with the pre-paid return label.
  6. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
  7. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed and shipped. The new tracking information will be communicated to you via email.
